Sales Terms and Conditions

  1. Important
    • All products are dispatched from Cape Town, Western Cape.
    • We deliver at no cost within a 25 km radius of Durbanville, Cape Town, Western Cape. Minimum quantities are applicable. Please email us directly at or +27 78 081 6769  for direct and non-website orders.
    • Depo address: Groot Roosboom, Tyger Valley Road, Durbanville.
  2. Website and prices
    • The prices on our website can change at any moment and without warning.
    • All prices on our website are subject to confirmation of an order.
    • We take great care with all information we display on our website however please get in touch with us if you are unsure about anything as mistakes do happen.
    • Any typographical, clerical, or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice, or other document or information issued by us will be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
    • Dispatch or delivery of the product to our customers will be deemed conclusive evidence of the customer’s acceptance of these conditions.
    • All specifications, dimensions, descriptions, and illustrations contained in any sales literature, quotation or pricelist or other advertisement matter are invented merely to present a general idea of the product that we sell. SupaBraai reserves the right from time to time to make changes to these provided that these changes will not materially affect the quality or fitness for the purpose of the product you purchase.
  3. Shipping and delivery
    • We will only be able to start preparing your order for dispatch once we have received and processed your payment in full.
    • EFT’s to be paid before delivery can be scheduled and POP sent to
    • Delivery date and time will be confirmed by email or telephone.
    • Standard deliveries take place between 8h30 and 17h00 Monday to Friday.
    • Delivery times vary depending on location and order quantities.
    • Delivery times are estimated. Please allow a 2-hour window period.
    • Please make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive your order when a delivery date and time have been confirmed.
    • Customers who fail to accept delivery during confirmed delivery times will incur an additional missed delivery charge to reschedule.
    • We carry and stack bags neatly within 50m of the allocated parking you earmarked as an offloading zone. Additional offloading requirements might incur an additional fee.
    • Deliveries will be scheduled on an efficient and most economical planned route basis to ensure we offer the best quality at the best prices.
    • All products are dispatched from Cape Town, Western Cape unless otherwise stated.
    • For nonlocal or flat fee delivery orders, we get real-time shipping rates from multiple couriers and will only choose the very best at the best price.
    1. Products
      • Namibian Firewood is responsibly sourced and harvested under a permit, packed in plain woven bags in gross weight as indicated.
      • The buyer understands that wood is a natural product and that variations in colour, size and form are inherent qualities of the product. As the seller, we aim to provide products that are as consistent as possible considering these natural variations. No two orders might be the same.
      • We pack in gross weight in Namibia and some weight variation could occur on individual bags.
      • All accessories carry a warranty as specified on our website and given by third-party suppliers.
      • The customer acknowledges and accepts that there is no guarantee on wood as it is a natural product.
    2. Refunds
      • You are entitled to return goods to us (at your expense) subject to the terms and conditions of the CPA, after inspection once the goods arrive at your home and prior to use. We will then offer you the choice of exchanging the goods or a refund.
      • Please note that the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) protects both the consumer and the supplier during the purchase of our goods. Under the act, your option to return purchased goods is waived once the goods have been used at your property.
    3. Warranties
      • Any customer care issues like goods being damaged in transport or warranty issues must be done so in writing and should be accompanied by photographs where possible. You can do so by email or via our website.
      • We will only consider warranty and guarantee issues if your account is fully paid, and no money is due.
      • Warranties for braais and other accessories are issued by the suppliers of these brands and can be anything from 6 – 12 months. This is stipulated under each product listed on our website.
